“I hope that they’ll find some way to make it better,” said Ms. Weng.

“I don’t know how much time I’ve been out of work, but it’s been a lot.

I don’t have any money left.”

Ms. D’Alessandro said Walmart was trying to make up for the loss in sales when it was down 20 per cent last year.

“They’ve just put a lot of effort into this,” she said.

“And I just want to see them do better.”

Ms, D’Angelo said she’s also angry about Walmart’s attitude toward customers.

“This is not a business that is going to give you anything in return, especially if you’re struggling to make ends meet,” she added.

“The reason I feel bad is because I want to help Walmart to become a better place for everybody.”

Ms Weng, who is also a self-employed graphic designer, said she has made $150 a month selling her prints.

She also makes about $150 from her freelance job, she said, but her income hasn’t changed much since she was a Walmart employee.

Ms. Sowder is a freelance photographer who works with some of Toronto’s best-known photographers, including Emily VanCamp and Kate Bosworth.

She said the job is a way for her to connect with customers.

(CBC)”I get to be a part of something where I can give back,” she explained.

“But it’s also fun to be on a photography team with people that are going to work with me for a living, and give back to the community.”

Ms Sowders work is still small, but she’s already made about $50,000 from selling prints.

“For me, it’s definitely a little more than I’d like,” she admitted.

“It’s not a huge amount, but I think it’s worth it.

(CBC’s Kelly Lekes) Ms Sampson, who’s also a freelance photojournalist and videographer, said her income is still tiny compared to her freelancing income. “

A lot of times it’s just a lot easier to sell prints than to do anything else.”

“There are some people out there that I’ve never met, but my job is kind of a hobby,” she noted.

“My biggest challenge is just getting by.”

Ms D’Antoni said she’d like to see Walmart “do better” in making its own prints.

In the meantime, she’s selling her work on Etsy.

“We’ll keep doing this as long as we can,” she assured.
