“And I just want to see them do better.”
Ms, D’Angelo said she’s also angry about Walmart’s attitude toward customers.
“This is not a business that is going to give you anything in return, especially if you’re struggling to make ends meet,” she added.
“The reason I feel bad is because I want to help Walmart to become a better place for everybody.”
Ms Weng, who is also a self-employed graphic designer, said she has made $150 a month selling her prints.

“But it’s also fun to be on a photography team with people that are going to work with me for a living, and give back to the community.”
Ms Sowders work is still small, but she’s already made about $50,000 from selling prints.
“For me, it’s definitely a little more than I’d like,” she admitted.
“It’s not a huge amount, but I think it’s worth it.

“My biggest challenge is just getting by.”
Ms D’Antoni said she’d like to see Walmart “do better” in making its own prints.
In the meantime, she’s selling her work on Etsy.
“We’ll keep doing this as long as we can,” she assured.
